own and acknowledge William Leverton Mary his Wife and Family to be our
inhabitants legally settled in the
Parish
of Kirkby in the County of Nottingham aforesaid, and we do hereby promise
our-selves and successors to receive

said William Leverton his Wife and Family, whenever they shall become
chargeable to, or ask relief of the parish of
Arnold
in the County of Nottingham to which place the said William Leverton is now
removing, for the better support and
Maintenance
of himself and his family. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
